Staff support and wellbeing
Your funding would support our hard-working staff in a number of ways which could include wellbeing courses, refreshed rest areas or recognition awards.
The wellbeing of hospital staff is a key priority for Hampshire Hospitals Charity and we want to be able to support our teams as much as we can to ensure they’re able to be at their best so they can continue offering our patients excellent care.
In recent years we’ve supported our staff wellbeing in a variety of ways by redecorating rest areas, creating wellbeing gardens, building secure cycle sheds and funding staff recognition awards.
Donations to our staff and wellbeing fund have recently supported:
Decoration of rest areas to provide staff a warm and inviting environment to help them relax and recharge during busy and demanding shifts
Secure cycle shed for staff bikes to encourage a healthier commute to work
Fridges, microwaves and dishwashers for staff rooms to ensure staff are able to bring their own pre-prepared meals to work, have space to prepare them and the means to clean them, helping them save time and money.
